    I am this issue now for over 3 months. Very slow in receiving and sending emails with attachments.
    I have purchased the Kernel for Outlook and run it too and have don this few times. No issue was found. I did everything that you have stated above but still am having the issue A few months back MS Outlook had to create and new Outlook account for me as he said my old profile was corrupted and it ran fine for a while and then, it started again.
    I am using Pop3 mail in Outlook.
    Any help from you greatly appreviated,

  2. I searched and got here because I wondered why the Send/Receive was “slow” when nothing was being sent or received. By “slow” I do mean only 15-30 seconds, but nothing accomplished. (Just wondering anyway).
